   • Availability of Infrastructure
   • Security assessment
   • Exclusive banking, Other terms & conditions. (Responsibilities of each party)
3. Assessment of Infrastructure & Capabilities of the constituent by a third party.
4. Confirmation by the SOC in-charge.
5. Confirmation by the constituent along with Board Resolution on following aspects.
6. Adherence to the SOC Standard Operating Procedures.
7. Acceptance of the cost and payments.
8. Go live on SOC project.
